Lightweight E-Mountainbike for best results at Enduro-Stages: SIMPLONs Rapcon Pmax CX

The SIMPLON Rapcon Pmax CX suspension in particular, impressed in the test. The excellent kinematics of the rear triangle and the plush Fox suspension provide a high degree of smoothness, reported in the test. The 29-inch wheels in unison with the perfectly improved geometry, results in an extremely fast E-MTB, according to eMTB-News, "... with which you can make the competition fear you."

In their report the testers also emphasized the low weight of the Rapcon Pmax CX. The bike was tested with the lightweight 500 Wh battery which can be configured in SIMPLONs Individual System. 21.3 kilos is extremely light for an e-bike with a Bosch motor, the report says. And further: "A weight that some competitors can only dream of at the moment".

The test report praised the option of selecting and exchanging components in the SIMPLON website configurator to create "your very own SIMPLON".

SIMPLON Rapcon Pmax CX: Powerful E-Mountainbike for fastest Enduro-Stages

The strong Bosch Performance CX Race Limited motor impressed with its power on the test rides. The motor makes this e-mountain bike something very special, the testers stated. With 85 Nm of torque, it impressed the testers with its sprinting ability, agility, and vigor. The Rapcon Pmax CX is an absolute power on uphills, the report says. The Extended Boost, which initially takes some getting used to, makes it possible to move forward in rough terrain with minimal up-and-down pedal-movements where normal pedaling would no longer be possible. The testers conclusion about this unique Bosch drive: After getting used to its extreme power, they truly don't want to ride anything else.

SIMPLON Rapcon Pmax CX test verdict

"We simply loved the Simplon Rapcon PMAX CX with its race motor!" You couldn't ask for a better verdict after an extensive test. The modern geometry, the mighty chassis and the sensational traction (thanks to the Schwalbe tires) were especially convincing. There is also high praise for the extremely powerful motor, the individually configurable components, and the low weight. eMTB-News acclaims the Rapcon Pmax CX as an "extremely good and very fast e-MTB with which you can easily race without difficulty.
