If that’s the case, it’s immensely helpful to have experts at your side who can answer these questions and who share all their tips and tricks with you. Thanks to Simplon's Experience Services, you will receive all the support you need to help you find your dream bike – promise! 

Our Experience Center is at the company headquarters in Hard in the Austrian federal state of Vorarlberg. You and your bike can look forward to being at the centre of attention… and experiencing the first few kilometres on your dream bike!

Important note to all bike friends: Our Experience Center in Hard is currently closed to visitors. We will let you know – for instance, via our newsletter – when we’ll open the gates to our bike workshop again.

A 360° bike experience

Experience Center Hard

Do you want to feel the passion that fills the halls of Simplon’s workshop every day? Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of the premium bike manufacturer and get a better idea of Simplon’s spirit?

Body measurements with a 360-degree body scanner, configuration, tips and advice, and extensive testing options: At the Experience Center in Hard, we offer you the full range of services to help you find your dream bike.

  • Opening times: March to October
  • Price: EUR 99.00, refund of EUR 69.00 if you purchase a Simplon bike 
  • Available bikes: road bikes / e-road bikes / MTBs / E-MTBs / trekking bikes
  • Duration: approx. 4 hours incl. test ride
  • Number of people: 1–2

Your visit to the Experience Center in Hard consists of four parts: your bike expectations, measuring and consulting, adjusting and optimising – and finally, testing.

E-Mountainbike fun in Hard

E-MTB Group Ride

Listen up, beginners, advanced riders, and fans of E-MTBs! On select dates, we offer exclusive guided E-MTB tours in small groups. You will receive an individual consultation in our Experience Center in Hard, one of the highlights is the 360-degree body scanner taking your measurements.

The most important facts at a glance:

  • The duration of the appointment is somewhere between 4 and 6 hours.
  • You can book this appointment for a group up to 6 people.
  • The price is 129€, of which 69€ will be reimbursed in case of a bike purchase.

Test (e-)bikes in the Netherlands

Test centre Hoogerheide

At the Bike Test Centre Hoogerheide in the Netherlands, you have the opportunity to look at various bikes and to get individual advice. Let the experts help you configure your bike and go on a test ride!

The most important facts at a glance:

  • A consultation lasts about 1.5 hours and is free of charge.
  • Included services: body measurements taken with a 360-degree body scanner, adjustment of the test bike to fit your body height, option to test the bike on select routes, configuration of the desired bike
  • Available bikes: road bikes / e-road bikes / MTBs / e-MTBs / e-bikes 
  • Important: The various bike models might not always be available in all sizes.

In collaboration with Bicimed, Simplon has opened an Experience Center on the sunny island of Mallorca – including body measurements, configuration, and several days of testing!
